An early entry for the 's alternate evolution to Eevee. I chose rock this time, and I am sure this time is quite unique. If I lose this time... well... I am beaten with my best of creativity.

Notice something different about the coloring? I used my own version of cell shading I developed just for this. I let my computer do most of the hard work, abusing Gaussain blur and magic wand.

I also used a tutorial by for ideas. I may develop this technique further. As it was much faster then my rediculus shading by hand.

Pokedex Description: This Pokemon lives close to beings that sleep a lot, as the strings on its two crystal tails catch the wondering dreams, both good and nightmare in nature. What dreams do for Harmoneon are not fully understood.
