I also own that card. Payed a good $18 for it.

Not too much to say about this one other then when I first started this picture, the head was suppose to be tilted slightly to the right which is why the head ring is off center. Completed shortly after Neo Psychic.

I personally find this one to be highly a favorite. The perspective was well researched and the power of umbreon truly portrayed.
I only see that the head may be a little too small.
