I did not make this, but it is so simple I could have. I might actually make a few of these because this is so simple to do.

I personally like the shiny, blue ringed version. One of my characters was originally a shiny Umbreon morph, and has since become more origial. However with his shirt off the blue rings on the elbows give the design origin away. :V
